Description DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING:  The factory headers on the 911 were designed to be easy and cheap to manufacture while also conforming to the performance killing emissions standards of the market. The stock headers use cheap pressed flanges, squashed primary tubing, generic collectors and massive catalytic converters – all robbing your Carrera of the sound and performance it deserves. By smoothing the interface between the flange/primary tubes, using smooth radius large diameter bends, and implementing a performance oriented collector with equal inputs from each primary, we have been able to achieve increased flow, response, and performance. Long tube runners and a premium collector design ensure the best possible performance and longevity. We also worked with RR Racing to offer a catless header solution to pair with their Supercharger Kit for the best possible durability and sound experience. CONSTRUCTION:  Our precision engineered headers are meticulously fabricated from T304L stainless steel. Proven design elements including port matched flanges, smooth radius primary tubing, and collectors that optimize the exhaust flow all work in conjunction to maximize power gains. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping and then foam packed to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT?:  This product may trigger a check engine light due to removal of factory catalytic converters. We suggest a custom ECU tune to disable any check engine lights (for track use only). BOLT ON AND GO:  Each product is tested in a fixture to ensure perfect fitment.
